Question To Which I Don't Really Want An Answer (Unless the answer is a $5000 shopping spree)

I am nearly 30 years old.  Do I need to stop dressing like I am about ready to host children's programming?

Okay, seriously though, primary colors are my favorite.  But I have been watching What Not To Wear on TLC, and I'm starting to think that somebody needs to nominate me for this show.  Self-Awareness is a real B-word.

Also, why does Lennon always take my picture when I'm sporting my "Crooked Glasses Deer In The Headlights Clutching a Sofa Pillow" look? It's SO weird.

My pillow usage is intentional - I always use sofa pillows to hide my fat rolls on my stomach. Be glad you aren't there.
I've never noticed anything weird about the way you dress, but I would totally nominate you to get you the shopping spree. I hate those hookers that get al that sweet money to spend on clothes and $100 shoes.

I don't like to watch that show for the same reason. It makes me feel like a slob. But seriously, when you take care of kids all day the last thing you want to be wearing is $100 shoes. I'm all about being comfortable.

I hate that show because I am not one for accessorizing. Plus if I were given $5000 to shop on my own I could buy my whole family and maybe even a friend or two a whole new wardrobe but no they make you buy $300 boots and a leather jacket and $175 jeans. It's just wrong

I hear what you're spraying, guys, but the thing is, I don't own ANYTHING right now that cost me more than $15 (and that's a maternity shirt, that yes, I still wear) so HAVING to buy expensive things is not high on my list of reasons to avoid this show.

If that means I get kids throw up on my new $100 shoes, so be it. It's not like I paid for them.

The only problem I would have is having to give up my favorite t-shirts that I've had since junior high.

Then again, that's probably the best reason EVER that I need to get on this show.

I would love to see what the make-up artist does to you! Remember your bridal shower when Heidi got to put make up on you? LOVED it!

They do make you throw away everything in your closet. Even converse.

I hear you on the Converse. Thing is, I think I'd have no problem just buying new ones later. They wouldn't know, would they? Plus, Stacy AND Clinton BOTH wear Converse on occasion. So I don't KNOW that they would deny them. Maybe they'd just "limit" them.

Kristin, if they hand me WhiteStrips, I swear I will cry.

Girl, you bangin'. If you wore Eyore pajamas and curlers you'd be bangin'.

LOL at the whitestrips! I haven't seen them do that, although there's been people on the show that were in dire need of them.

Hey, I was just wondering--can YOU tell me how to get to Sesame Street?
